Love, tend our grief and comfort us!
Dear One,
I am writing to remind you of things you already know. Grief and sadness are integral to a life well-loved. Loss is a natural part of the transient human experience. It is not a punishment, although the associated pain may feel like it.
Grief and joy are not mutually exclusive. They coexist in the rich adventure of the journey of life. You are not alone in your grief, and you are not alone in your joy.
Today is the occasion to allow yourself to ride the wave of grief when it swells, to take comfort in the support of family and friends, to receive the healing that Love offers within and without, and to embrace joy when it arises. The comfort and joy of Love are your strengths.
Remember, this moment is an opportunity to connect to Love, and therefore, to live into the fullness of who you are.
As always, do what best awakens you to love,
Your Inner Wisdom
