Dear One,
I am writing to remind you of things you already know. Offer gratitude to your difficult teachers when they show up, for they are performing the sacred service of activating your wounds. These people or circumstances are your blessed gurus, not your enemies.
Wound activation is like a neon sign highlighting the areas where your pain is still holding you captive. The pain of your own prison keeps you reacting to life in the same habitual way.
Every time a difficult teacher appears who triggers your discomfort, they are gifting you with the opportunity to recognize your pattern and respond differently. In fact, they are revealing the bars of your cell so that you may walk out through the door of awareness, which is never locked.
Remember, this moment is an opportunity to connect to Love and so to live into the fullness of who you are.
